- Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled consultation for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
- Refund Eligibility: Since astrology consultations involve time and personalized analysis, refunds are not provided once the consultation has been completed or the report has been delivered.
- Technical Issues: If a consultation cannot take place due to a technical error on our end, we will offer a full refund or a priority reschedule.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
